How are claims assessed?
Research favors primary sources and independent evaluations, checks provenance and conditions, distinguishes plans from outcomes, and preserves uncertainty. The five colors identify measured evidence, claims, money, policy and incidents; they are not an ordinal truth scale.
How are errors corrected?
New editions document corrections without rewriting archived editions. Source links allow readers to check the underlying record. Automated data checks verify structure and references, not scientific truth.
Who is accountable for this process?
Connor Meeds commissions the project and controls its publication settings. Individual records are not represented as personally reviewed unless that review is documented.
When does it update?
Research is scheduled for 8 AM and 4 PM America/New_York. Updates appear after successful research and publication. Last verified dates describe actual checks; a rebuild does not reset them.
